Since 2001, Irena Pilařová has been dedicated to coaching managers and executives, personal development and, in therapeutic work, mainly solving challenging life situations and psychosomatics. In her work, she uses the techniques of transformational coaching, imagination, conscious work with emotions and the body, art therapy and dance therapy, which support the integration of inner experiences and the development of one's own resources.
Irena has been involved in psychological counseling, therapy and human development since she studied psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Palacký University in Olomouc. At that time, she worked as a therapist for drug addicts in PL Bohnice and in the Podané Ruce Foundation. After graduating from university, she implemented several projects in the field of addiction prevention, crisis intervention, care for street children, therapy for addicts, therapy for children with educational problems, and family therapy. She established and managed the HELP Educational Care Center and the non-profit organization SUN. She taught psychology and was involved in the implementation of development programs for adults and coaching.
