Psychological and psychotherapeutic care covered by insurance

At NEO Center, we offer clinical psychology and psychotherapy covered by health insurance. We help people who want to understand their difficulties, find support in difficult life situations, and work with a therapist on a change that is meaningful to them. Therapy is outpatient, safe, and tailored to your needs. Addiction therapy is not covered by health insurance, so it cannot be used under public health insurance.

Contractual health insurance companies

We are a contractual facility of several Czech health insurance companies. This means that your psychological and psychotherapeutic services are covered by the insurance company according to the applicable reimbursement system .

Clients with insurance can benefit from our support. VZP (111), RBP (213), ZPŠ (209), OZP (207), ČPZP (205) and ZPMV (211).

Additional services of the NEO Center reception (annual fee)

As part of the outpatient clinic, we also offer additional services from the NEO Center reception to clients recommended for treatment covered by health insurance . These services are not part of covered healthcare and are not covered by health insurance .

For an annual fee of CZK 1,950 you will get:

• priority administrative support
• coordination of visit dates
• additional information and assistance in communicating with the reception

This fee is paid separately to NEO Center and does not replace or cover reimbursements for medical services by insurance companies .
