Fee for additional reception services
Clients using care covered by health insurance pay an annual fee for additional reception services of CZK 1,950 . This fee ensures a high level of support throughout the therapeutic collaboration.
The fee is valid for 12 months from the date of the first therapy - i.e. always individually depending on the start of the provision of services. In the event of interruption or termination of the use of services for any reason, there is no entitlement to a proportional refund of the fee.
The fee includes:

Comprehensive reception care – support with ordering, changing appointments, passing on information to therapists and assistance in difficult situations

Fast and helpful communication – reminders of deadlines via SMS/email, the possibility of prompt resolution of questions outside of consultations

Facilities for personal comfort – selected coffee and tea in the waiting room

Supporting discretion and continuity of care – time reserve between clients, an inconspicuous environment and carefully managed office operations
