Our goal is to offer immediate help and support in solving problems of all kinds. Care covers everything from addiction to mental health and personal development challenges. Our therapists rely on proven therapeutic approaches and use proven methods that support clients in their journey to improve their quality of life. We offer individual, couple and family therapy, addiction counseling for addicts and their loved ones, coaching and therapy for teenagers together with their families. All of our services are available both in person and online. Thanks to our flexibility and openness, we are able to provide therapeutic services in English and Russian. We offer clients the option of choosing between personal and online meetings. Although online therapy allows clients to stay in the comfort of their own home, an in-person session gives you the opportunity to interact and connect with the therapist more intensely.
